Americans spend more money at bars and restaurants than they do on groceries. Practically everyone is a foodie, which has put increased pressure on the presentation. It better be worthy. This family-owned business started out making hubcaps in the 1940s. Eventually, they capitalized on Chicago’s penchant for deep dish pizza and reconfigured the hubcaps into pizza pans (cleaned, of course). Today, American Metalcraft is the fashion-forward tableware supplier standard, making almost every non-food “front-of-the-house” item for restaurants, even sugar-packet holders. All of it matters.  Our chef-targeted campaign celebrates how these unsung accompaniments help elevate the “wow factor” in dining. We eat with our eyes.
